90-Day Commitment Guarantee
(Applies to the Complete Hill Mindset System Bundle Only)
The Hill Mindset System is intentionally structured as a 90-day conditioning process.
If you purchase the Complete System Bundle and commit to using it consistently, yet feel you have not experienced meaningful improvement in clarity, discipline, or direction, you may request a refund within 90 days of confirmed delivery.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Applies only to the Complete System Bundle
- Refund request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
- Refund applies to product cost only (original shipping charges are non-refundable)
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of misuse, excessive abuse of the policy, or failure to meet eligibility criteria.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
2. Individual Products
(Journal, Affirmation Cards, Posters purchased separately)
Individual products are eligible for return within 90 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must be returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used journals (including any written entries)
- Opened affirmation card sets
- Posters that have been mounted, framed, or displayed
- Items returned damaged due to improper handling
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- Include your order number
If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
